Full residential includes all meals and accommodation from evening SUNDAY 6^th April – MORNING SATURDAY 13th  APRIL 2013

Non residential includes lunch and dinner from evening evening SUNDAY 6th  April – MORNING SATURDAY 13th  APRIL 2013

Workshops will have limited participants. You will be advised on student requirements upon receival of deposit.

The organizers reserve the right to cancel a workshop if the minimum enrolment of ten is not reached by 31^st January 2013.

If a workshop is cancelled, participants will be offered places in other workshops or a full refund if preferred.

LATE PAYMENT POLICY there is a $50 fee charged for any late payment, ie payment paid after 11^th Feb 2013.

Refund policy: Major commitments must be met, and in fairness to all, the policy concerning the refund is:

Cancellations to 31 Jan 2013 – refund 80% fees paid

Cancellations February 1^st  - February 27th  – refund 50% fees paid.

Cancellations after February 27th  – no refund.
